CASE STUDY
Supporting People Through Organisational Change
Rolls Royce Marine, a world leading business with 3,600 employees across 30 countries, were going through a period of change as a division was being sold.
They worked with us to measure and manage the effects of change with across their large and geographically dispersed team, using our insights to drive their internal communication strategy during this period.
Through short and focused surveys, we helped Rolls Royce Marine establish continuous listening and ongoing conversations to keep a pulse on employee emotions. We also helped them deep dive into areas such as leadership to expose areas in need of attention/support.
Dominant emotions shifted from ‘curious and hopeful’ at the start of the process to ‘motivated and hopeful’, with a significant decline in employee anxiety and an emergence of employee confidence.
