The world’s largest food and beverage brand partnered with Inpulse to track the emotional wellbeing of their people as they shifted to remote working.
This company recognised that the abrupt shift to home working during the pandemic would impact people’s wellbeing, and consequently, their engagement.
Working with Inpulse they used pulse surveys to monitor employees’ emotions and used this data to make smart decisions that benefited both their people and the business.
The pulse surveys told them how their people felt during the change, and what they needed to stay supported and engaged. Through the surveys, the company also received direct suggestions for engagement ideas, which they implemented to great success.
