Dominic has specialised in communication and engagement for over 30 years. He has worked in senior in-house roles and as a coach and consultant in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US, supporting leadership teams across a range of sectors. He has been an Associate with Inpulse since 2012.

Dominic has featured in print, TV and audio promoting effective communication and is the co-host of the Future of Internal Communication podcast. He is also author of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) audiobook on leadership communication ‘Leading Inside Out’.

Dominic is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and Fellow and President of the IoIC.

Toluwa Hughes (Oyeleye) is the Founder and Training Director of Zoah Consultancy, a behavioural science-led leadership and organisational development consultancy supporting organisations through growth, cultural change and AI adoption.

An accredited executive coach, facilitator and speaker, Toluwa specialises in helping leaders understand how their behaviours, emotions and mindsets shape employee experience. Her work focuses on strengthening communication, trust and psychological safety, while helping managers move from simply receiving feedback to taking meaningful and sustainable action.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience across leadership development, international development and organisational change, Toluwa has worked with leaders and organisations across the private, public and charitable sectors. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations address the human barriers to change, creating workplaces where people feel equipped, trusted and motivated to take ownership.
